Our client, who won the tender, has prepared the design for a new theatre in a city in Lower Silesia..
  • We represented a group of shareholders of an IT company in a court dispute over their right to elect a member of the company’s Supervisory Board by voting in separate groups. The shareholders had appealed against a resolution by the General Meeting of Shareholders on the dismissal of a Supervisory Board member which the shareholders had elected by voting in groups, and on his replacement by a new member elected under general rules. The conclusion of the dispute was that the Court of Appeal issued a lawful judgment in favour of the legal position represented by our firm.
  • Our lawyers successfully advised a consortium of several leading IT companies in competing for the award of a public tender to build an IT platform for a government agency.
  • We advised one of the world’s largest insurance groups on a comprehensive project involving the launch of business in Poland.

  • Our lawyers have successfully advised a foreign food-sector company on the acquisition of a Polish company active in the same sector. The deal involved the purchase of 100 percent of the shares in several companies operating in Poland. Part of the deal involved the division and sale of the property on which a production plant was located.
